What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment methods accepted are: credit and debit card, Paypal , applePay and bank transfer.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order you will receive an email (check your spam folder) with your order confirmation and once your order has been sent, we will send you an email with your completed order with the link to "View lost" and "track", which will redirect you to the link to the carrier associated with your order.
Can I change my order?

.Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped. To do this you must write to us at info@atticgo.com with your order information and the reason for the cancellation.
How can I find my order number?
After placing your order you will have received a confirmation email with your order number (please check your spam folder if you have not received it).
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, the price of the carpets includes VAT
.Can I apply more than one discount coupon?
No, you can only use one discount code per order.
I need an invoice, how do we manage it?

I have made a return, how long does it take to get my money back?
Once we receive the carpet in our warehouse, we will check it within a maximum period of 7 days. If everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund and you will receive an email with the confirmation of the refund using the same payment method that the purchase was made.
Bank transactions, depending on the method of payment and the bank, may take several days to appear.
Which countries do you ship to?
