Spain (Mainland)
Free shipping costs for the whole peninsula from 30€ order, with a delivery time between 24-72 hours.
Balearic Islands
Deliveries to the Balearic Islands cost €15 and will take between 2 and 5 days.
Canary Islands
For deliveries to the Canary Islands*, please send an email to info@atticgo.com and we will explain the various delivery options and costs involved.
Europa
- France: Free delivery for orders over €150. For all orders under this amount, the cost is €7.95. Estimated delivery time 2-3 days
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €150. For all orders under this amount, the cost is €7.95. Estimated delivery time 3-4 days
- Italy: Free shipping for orders over €180, for all orders under this amount the cost is €8.95. Estimated delivery time 3-4 days
- Belgium: Free shipping for orders over €180 and €8.95 for all orders under this amount. Estimated delivery time 3-5 days
- Austria: Free shipping for orders over €180 and €9.95 for all orders under this amount. Estimated delivery time 3-5 days
- Netherlands: Free shipping for orders over €180 and €8.95 for all orders under this amount. Estimated delivery time 3-5 days
- Ireland: Free shipping for orders over €300 and €29.95 for all orders under this amount. Estimated delivery time 3-7 days
- Poland: The shipping costs are €15.95. Estimated delivery time 3-7 days
Returns policy
Steps to follow if you want to return your order:
- Write to us at info@atticgo.com (within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you receive your order) explaining the reason and indicating the order number. Important: you must write RETURN in the subject of your email.
- Prepare your package, wrap your rug properly and have it ready for collection. We will take care of arranging the collection with our courier company. We will cover the costs of the return.
- If we receive the rug in perfect condition, we will refund the money through the same payment method used for payment.
*For all orders from Europe and the Balearic Islands the return cost is between 15,95€-25,95€ depending on the country and the rug size.
**We do not accept returns for made-to-measure rugs. We also do not accept returns from the Canary Islands as we cannot accept the cost of shipping and customs.
